    Gift Terms and Conditions – IMPORTANT

    The gift offered for completing this questionnaire consists solely of a complimentary session with one of the participating holistic therapists. Its purpose is to introduce users to a range of therapies focused on holistic wellbeing and personal care beyond physical appearance.

    The clinic provides a selection of independent participating therapists and their contact details. From that point onwards, the appointment must be arranged directly between the user and their chosen therapist and will always be subject to the individual therapist’s availability.

    As this is a complimentary session, there is no specified timeframe and no obligation to offer an immediate appointment or an appointment on a particular date. Availability may vary, particularly during holiday periods. If the chosen therapist is unavailable or the dates offered do not meet the user’s needs, the user may contact another available participating therapist.

    This gift cannot be exchanged for cash, products, treatments, discounts or any other service offered by the clinic, nor does it create a balance or credit in the user’s favour. The unavailability of a particular therapist does not entitle the user to exchange the gift for a treatment or service provided by the clinic.

    The therapists participating in this arrangement are independent professionals. The clinic’s role is limited to providing a selection of therapists and their contact details; it does not provide, manage or supervise the therapies delivered by these professionals.

    For this reason, the clinic does not guarantee any specific results and cannot be held responsible for the user’s level of satisfaction, their personal experience with the therapist or any results arising from the session. Any matter relating to the content, delivery or provision of the therapy must be addressed directly with the professional who provided it.

    Participation in the questionnaire and acceptance of the gift imply that the user has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
